Have been using the Imaging Centre for a while. Unfortunately not having the best experience so far.
Almost the half of my recent order came wrong (this was not the first time), designs were not centred and some cards were trimmed a lot (missing barcodes etc at the back side).
To be fair, they tried to rectify this but they were not apologetic, I was only offered a promo code to re-order the faulty designs. Which was not the ideal solution.Because I was in rush, had to re-order and pay for the replacements.
Apart from that, their print quality is great but uploading files and getting them printed correctly is not a smooth process.

I've worked with the Imaging Centre for almost two years and they have revolutionised how I do business. Their service is superb and the print quality is immaculate. Any issues are resolved so fast and my customers are very happy indeed. Can't recommend them highly enough! Big thanks!

I started publishing cards in 2016, and from the very beginning The Imaging Centre has been my go to company for digital printing. Their Simplicity ordering system is great in that it allows you the flexibility to order quite small runs of cards to test the market, rather than having to buy huge amounts and when you need to order large amounts, that is fairly straightforward too. There are a number of specialist finishes available and turnaround times are generally pretty quick; they'll even send them directly to my retail customers if I need that.

Great service from start to finish. Alan and team were superb in helping us print and finish our wedding stationery earlier this year. He helped us choose the right card for our needs, and made the process as simple as possible for us. Would recommend!

Very poor experience with this company. I run a business and we work with printers regularly. The standard of print we received from The Imaging Centre was consistently poor- vertical stripes of colour across cards, cards printed in the wrong size and format, and large differences in colour between batches of the same card. These issues were passed off as 'within the industry standard' and those higher up in the company were rude and dismissed my complaints. When we refused to pay for these items we were ignored for 6 months, and then out of the blue harassed over a 3 month period via email and threatened with debt collectors. I have spoken to lots of friends within the industry who have similar complaints. I would avoid The Imaging Centre at all costs.

Couldnt recommend highly enough. Alan rushed through my small order of A3 Artists prints, so that i recieved them for my exhibition, a week later. I love the quality of print and great cardstock...couldnt have been more pleased!

I've been using The Imaging Centre since 2015 and they've been reliable, prompt and helpful on every order. They have gone above and beyond to deliver on a tight schedule twice now and I would not hesitate to recommend them - their greetings cards are to a very high standard and everyone asks where I get them made. A pleasure to deal with them.

We absolutely loved our wedding invitations and had so many compliments about them. The print and foil block are beautiful quality. Thanks so much, we'll definitely use you again.

BEWARE! Worst customer service from a printers! Mis-sold proofs that were alledged to have been done fro free, when the proofs turned out to be poor quality and the order was terminated they then chase you for payment and threaten you with debt collectors for THEIR error.
Avoid at all costs.
