Do not use Adaro finance plans. Despite having all the correct payment information and taking the first direct debit instalment without any issue, they have subsequently sent two threatening letters to my mother insisting she has not been paying the instalments and the full amount was due by return. After the first letter was received, she called Adaro to discuss the apparent collection issue with a member of their team and paid the balance of any uncollected instalments (it should be noted that Adaro did have all the correct information and there was no reason for any collection issue at their end). Following this call to solve the problem, she then received another letter stating that as she had not responded or contacted the company they would be taking further action and the matter would impact her future credit capacity. This issue sits entirely with Adaro. They clearly have terrible work practices when it comes to handling customer issues and show zero due diligence to ensure they are even in the right before demanding payments are made in full. I would not recommend Adaro to anyone, their unprofessional conduct and bullying letters are utterly unacceptable.
