Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. Team are always super polite and helpful. The chemist in Staplehurst should send their team here for some training on what great customer service looks like. People would rather travel the 3 miles to come here and get great service! Always open when they say they will be!

Disgusting staff! Look at my children in pure disgust when my partner had to take them in there as I have just gone through a 3 hour c-section, my partner had then had to pay a lot of money for pain relief for me and they had refused to do it under the minor ailments scheme as I obviously wasn't able to get to the doctors. The staff made it very clear how they felt when my partner said he doesn't pay for his prescriptions as he is on my ESA claim as I am signed off as severely unwell. They are very rude and unhelpful. My partner also took paperwork in there to prove he gets his prescriptions free rather than them keep making digs and rude comments. As soon as I am able to get about again a formal complaint will be being made as my partner and children did not deserve to be treated like that on more than one occasion whilst trying to get some pain relief for me and his own weekly medication.

Staff always more than friendly and helpful. Excellent stock of toiletries and a great selection of essential oils. Fantastic village pharmacy!
