Working with Emma Warburton, Founder and MD of Evoke Events, was a breath of fresh air and a real pleasure from beginning to end. Emma and her team provided an exceptional service for this high profile event discerning exactly the vision we had in mind with fresh ideas, being very pro-active, fast acting precise decisions when required and nothing was too much trouble. Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. We had brought some flowers back with us from the church and they were incredibly helpful in artfully displaying them around the marquee. No job was ever too much and they worked with complete professionalism. Thank you Emma and team.

Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Emma and all the team at Evoke Events were utterly fabulous in all aspects of planning our event. Their patience whilst our party was delayed by two years due to covid, attention to detail and communication with us made for honestly the best 21st and 60th party ever! All our guests commented on what a brilliant evening they had, claiming it was ‘the best party they had ever been to!’ Everything was seamless and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Evoke again and would recommend to anyone planning any event, big or small.
