On the date agreed and all within the day, my late Mum’s house was cleared, including all furniture, contents of cupboards, loft and garage. I had received a quote for the clearance of my mother's bungalow following her moving to residential care. All I needed was a date following the confirmation of the sale, that would allow weeks for that to be arranged. Wrong. Due to circumstances beyond my control I gave the company six days. Unbelievably, they rose to the challenge and cleared the property, or so we all thought, the loft had been missed. Following an exchange of emails it was cleared immediately much to the delight of all concerned. The team were extremely professional, polite and considerate from parking to sensitive possessions. I cannot thank them enough.
