BAD SERVICE. Pensioner robbers. My aunt and uncle who are pensioners had ordered roofing supplies in 7mm for their barn roof, they delivered 5mm. When my aunt rung them to ask them to deliver the correct items they was told they weren’t delivering the correct items as it was too far so they would charge them the 5mm price and refund the difference. The items were completely wrong they ordered 7mm for a reason. This happened christmas time. It is now August and after numerous phone calls and requests for a refund of the balance they received a cheque in the wrong name even though my uncle gave his full name to make payment and is on his invoice correctly. On telling them they sent the wrong cheque they send another, with another wrong name. They are completely messing my relatives about because they are pensioners especially in this time with COVID-19, My uncle and aunt need their money to survive. This company are ripping off pensioners, my aunt and uncle was told they would receive compensation for the mess that has happened and their two wrong cheques have been for the balance only. This company do not deliver correctly and do not stick to their word. Dishonest and rip off merchants. Danny is pretending to be sympathetic and helpful but cannot even complete a simple task like Sending a refund cheque with the correct name. Shameful company. Do not use.
