I’ve personally had a few meals in the West End and have always found the meals, service and customer service impeccable, and because of this I decided to treat my 4 year olds birthday dinner to this establishment, including 9 others of my family members. I can honestly say from all that ate and drunk in the West End we were overwhelmed with the service and treatment we all received so thank you Emma and Del for accommodating us and making our/my sons end of day beautiful ! Thank you once again for being genuine and caring publicans 👍 Top work to you both and I hope and trust your proud, as you should be 🙏💪

The West End Tavern is now under new ownership, and what a great job they are doing. Great staff, as one would expect, and a lovely welcoming ambience - just as I'd expected. Very bad experience being a customer at this place now. Wrong (very bad)service and attitude from staff, extremely small portions(half) for adults.Pushing to order the dinner before everyone attend the event. I am really disappointed to see that, as I've been a customer before with the previous owners and that was my favourite place for a dinner.

After having a very long day at work I decided to pop into the West End Tavern to have some good old pub grub. I chose the Cheese burger with chips and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. I would also like to add that the staff were really friendly and welcoming as well as being extremely sufficient and professional. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be eating more of this awesome and very reasonably priced food 👍

Delicious meal, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Emma really went the extra mile with service and food ordering catering so well for my autistic son who can't wait to return 😊 we will be back often for sure! Good children's menu and very accommodating with variations 😀

Nice pub, certainly seemed popular for lunch on our visit. Also has a good size outside space when the weather is warmer (although did also have a couple of outside heaters even if it isn't warm!) We had a few drinks and the staff seemed friendly - nice touch that they noticed us finishing a drink and offered to get more. Will come again another day and try food...!
