I have just received two absolutely stunning hydrangeas from them. The plants are healthy and strong. Communication from the nursery was excellent and the plants were carefully packed (they arrived in perfect condition).

Having ordered a hydrangea via Signature Hydrangeas website, I was very pleasantly surprised when the parcel arrived today. Excellent quality plant, much larger than expected, extremely well packaged and arrived on time. I always hesitate to order plants online, preferring to see them in person, but again very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered 2 hydrangeas via the signature hydrangeas website. From the moment I ordered I was kept up to date regarding delivery. My order arrived when advised and was packed extremely well. Each plant was healthy and watered. They also had several flower heads on each plant that were all in tact, which I was delighted to see. The box also contained the care instructions, my original order form and receipt neatly folded in an envelope, which I thought was a nice touch. I am absolutely over the moon with my new plants and the customer service I received was exemplary. I will certainly be recommending their website to family and friends and the bonus is they are very reasonably priced. Top marks to all involved.

I purchased two hydrangeas from their online site 'Signature Hydrangeas' which Golden Hill Nurseries operate. One of the hydrangeas was in great condition, however the other hydrangeas was clearly struggling (immature, with damaged roots) as it had been badly affected by frost. They were responsive to my complaint, and after discussing the problem, they agreed to replace it with another hydrangea variety which wasn't as badly affected by the frost. It's a really healthy, beautiful replacement. Ordering plants online is always an unknown, I'm pleased that they have really worked with me to resolve the problem. Update: purchased again this year. A beautiful, healthy hydrangea arrived. Worth every penny!

Poorly maintained place. They had a good variety of hydrangeas plant but they don't look after them. The price are reasonable but get a good pair of boots and look after yourself because health and safety is not the strongest priority. It will be good if they offer toilet services to customer.

Ordered a Runaway Bride Hydrangea from the nursery and am DELIGHTED with the size and health of the shrub. FULL of bud and well branched, I am looking forward with confidence to see this grow and mature in my garden. Beautifully packaged, it arrived in a well dampened pot of compost. Highly recommended. I was greatly impressed. My Hydrangeas were very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I was also impressed by the courier - all of the boxes were delivered the right way up and it was clear when I unpacked the plants that they had been the right way up throughout their transit. The hydrangeas I ordered were perfect, a generous size, healthy — great condition after delivery, because they were well packed. As an added bonus in late July they have flowers. Delighted with the range and would mail order again without hesitation.
